Integrative Energy Work builds on this foundation, weaving in complementary practices like movement, breathwork, aromatherapy, and oracle card guidance to support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

No two sessions look exactly alike, but each one is designed to help you feel cared for, deeply relaxed, and renewed.

Sessions are offered in four lengths — Reset (60 minutes, $100), Integrative (75 minutes, $125), Expanded (90 minutes, $150), and Deep Dive (120 minutes, $200). Shorter sessions offer a meaningful reset: a sense of being cared for, deeply relaxed, and renewed. Longer sessions allow for deeper release, expansion, and a more layered, integrative experience. Every session is complete and valuable in its own right — there's no wrong choice.

Yes — distance sessions are available at all four session lengths, at the same pricing as in-person sessions. Energy work isn't limited by physical distance, so you can receive a session wherever you are.

Many clients see benefits after just one session, while others prefer regular visits every few weeks to maintain balance and support ongoing stress relief. During your first visit, we'll talk through what a plan tailored to your goals might look like.
